All villas have solar hot water heaters and split unit air conditioning in all of the bedrooms.

A deposit of US $ 5.000 is due at the notary on Bonaire at the signing of the sales contract. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another buyer.

A 15% pre-construction deposit is due – also at the notary on Bonaire - before the construction of the villa has started. If construction has already started at the time of purchase of the villa, the 15% deposit is due within 10 days after signing the sales contract.

Closing date will be within 60 days after construction of the villa is finished. Closure takes place at the notary on Bonaire.

All owners of the villas have to pay a monthly fee for the Home Owner's Association. This fee includes maintenance of the pool, landscaping, roads, insurance of the properties, exterior maintenance and other relevant common matters.
