Perla Boneriano consists of seven luxurious villas – four different models in the attractive Caribbean style. All top floors are designed for completely independent use since each unit has separate solar water heater (more information), water meter and electrity meters.

Perla's interior consists of the same high quality materials as the construction. Click here for an example of the tiles (wall- and floor-) and bathroom sanitary.

When construction of the villa of your choice has not yet started, you may adjust the villa to fit your own custom needs. For example the choice of tiles, kitchen, bathroom and (interior) colour of your villa.
