We (Pieter en Daantje Helder) have purchased the top floor of Villa Kokolishi because of our love for Bonaire. After we'd been on the island several times, we took the plunge and chose Perla Boneriano at the end of 2009. We really like the fact that it's a small-scale resort and because the developers/managers, whom we know personally, are people with great love for Bonaire, this resort will definitely become number 1 on the island. As you can read in the description of the villa, we've thought of everything. Come check out why this location is so unique!

Description

From the front porch, you enter the spacious living room with ceiling fan, storage room and open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and it also has a fridge/freezer. From the living room, you enter the airconditioned bedroom with adjacent bathroom. There are ceiling fans in each room. Villa Kokolish has one bedroom with two single beds that can be combined into one, and one bathroom. The bedroom has both airconditioning and a ceiling fan, and a large closet.

A few meters from the porch you can take a plunge in the swimming pool or lay down on one of the beachchairs to experience 'the lazy life'!

Capacity

The top floor of Villa Kokolishi can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons.

Price

The price per week for the top floor of Villa Kokolish is US $ 1.190 in high season (December 16 - April 15) and US $ 952 in low season (April 16 - December 15).

In this price is included:
· Airport transfer;
· Water and electricity based on normal use;
· Cleaning of the villa (twice a week);
· Change of towels and bed linen (twice a week);
· Wireless Internet connection.

Excluded in the price is:
· Above-normal use of water and/or electricy, to be determined by the manager;
· Room tax US $ 5.50 per person per night (13 yrs. and older, residents of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba do not have to pay).
