Description

Through the covered porch of Chikitu, you enter the spacious living room with open kitchen and guest bathroom (1/2). The side entrance leads to a second - smaller - porch on the east side of the Villa. Both bedrooms have their own full bathroom with double basin, shower and toilet. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other one has two single beds. Both bedrooms have airconditioning, a safe, blinds and a large closet.

A few meters from the porch you can take a plunge in the swimming pool or lay down on one of the beachchairs to experience 'the lazy life'! Next to the villa, close to the car parking space, you'll find an outside shower and rinse tank for dive equipment.

Extra's: an outside dive locker, airconditioning in the living room, Villa Chikitu is a stand alone home - no-one above you to make noise, private patio furniture, full length mirrors in both bedrooms hung on the doors, tropical decor furniture and accessories.

Villa Chikitu can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.

Price

The price per week for Villa Chikitu is US $ 1.474 in high season (December 16 - April 15) and US $ 1.174 in low season (April 16 - December 15).

In this price is included:
· Airport transfer;
· Water and electricity based on normal use;
· Cleaning of the villa (twice a week);
· Change of towels and bed linen (twice a week);
· Wireless Internet connection.

Excluded in the price is:
· Above-normal use of water and/or electricy, to be determined by the manager;
· Room tax US $ 5.50 per person per night (13 yrs. and older, residents of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba do not have to pay).
