The top floor of Villa Bartol is a good place to stay, and the only place on the beautiful Perla resort where one can enjoy a lot of privacy in the hammock and on the large 170 ft² porch. There's a Bonairean atmosphere both inside and outside, and plenty of space to enjoy your share of relaxation, sleeping or chilling, while as soon as you're descending the stairs you may also enjoy the company of other guests near the pool.

Description

You'll absolutely love the terrace of the top floor of Villa Bartol. It's got a great view over the island and a nice breeze keeps you cool. The apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen, bedroom with airconditioning and bathroom.

A few meters from the porch you can take a plunge in the swimming pool or lay down on one of the beachchairs to experience 'the lazy life'!

Price

The price per week for the top floor of Villa Bartol is US $ 1.074 in high season (December 16 - April 15) and US $ 849 in low season (April 16 - December 15).

In the rental price is included:

Airport transfer*;
Water and electricity based on normal use;
Cleaning of the villa (twice a week)*;
Change of towels and bed linen (twice a week)*;
Wireless Internet connection.

* With any stay of 7 nights or longer. For a shorter stay, you may be charged for airport transfer and cleaning/linen.

Excluded is:

Above-normal use of water and/or electricy, to be determined by the manager;
Room tax US $ 5.50 per person per night (13 yrs. and older, citizens of Curacao, Aruba and the BES-islands do not have to pay tourist tax).
