Villa rental - booking & payment, cancellation policy, deposit during stay

Bookings: To secure your reservation, a 25% payment is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date. If you cancel your trip after this day, you will not receive a refund!
Late bookings: Bookings made within 30 days prior to arrival are payable at the time of booking.
‘No shows’ or unused nights due to late arrival or premature departure cannot be refunded.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and must be acknowledged in writing in order to be considered a valid cancellation.
For payments we prefer to receive your credit card authorization. Perla Boneriano accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover card and American express. For bank details please contact us.
A US $ 500 deposit is required per rented unit. This deposit is due at the time of arrival at Perla Boneriano. Before the end of your stay, your deposit will be refunded when there’s no damage to the house or property, missing inventory etc.

Third-party terms and conditions

If you booked any dive packages, car rental etc. through us: these are NOT part of our terms and conditions. Please ask us for specific details as they depend on the third-party company.

We advise you to purchase travel insurance immediately after booking your trip.

General terms and conditions

Your stay at Perla Boneriano is entirely at your own risk. A liability release will have to be signed at the time of arrival.
Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 12 pm. If necessary, a hospitality room to keep your suitcases is available at no costs. Early check in or late check out only upon request and based upon availability. You may be charged for early check in or late checkout - please inform with the manager.
Cleaning costs and linen are included in the rental rate.

Third-party terms and conditions can be changed without notice at any time. Upon your arrival at Perla Boneriano the most recent terms and conditions will apply!
